Each of our breeders furnishes an up-to-date record of the health care and vaccines for each puppy. The conditions and health care for puppies is more exacting and demanding than the standards established by the federal government.
During their stay with us, this high standard of care continues from the moment they arrive.
While at The Puppy Experience, each puppy will have already received an examination from one of our full-time veterinarians along with any preventative vaccines and wormers. This is done to assure protection against preventable disease.
At The Puppy Experience, puppies stay in the cleanest quarters possible and are fed a premium blend of pet food. These procedures have been developed through our years of experience in caring for animals. Our staff members also monitor the environmental temperature and ventilation to assure puppy comfort.
The puppies’ transportation to The Puppy Experience is also part of their stay with us. They are carried to us on company-owned, climate controlled, and custom outfitted vehicles. Each of these vehicles has redundant heating and air-conditioning systems that ensure that the pups are always in a climate controlled environment. In addition, there are two employees on each transport vehicle, one focused on driving safely, the other maintaining the quality of care for the pups. Our customized transportation maintains conditions much like children in car seats with the exception of playtime where they can play in special customized play areas. As a result, puppies stay happier and healthier during their trip.
